1. Nature of Platform — Intermediary Safe Harbor

ROZZGO is an electronic marketplace intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. ROZZGO connects independent blue-collar and grey-collar service providers ("Saathis") with individuals and businesses seeking short-term or placement services ("Employers").

• ✦ ROZZGO is not an employer: Saathis are independent contractors. No employer-employee or agency relationship exists.
• ✦ Zero Workmanship Guarantee: ROZZGO does not supervise or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services rendered. Contracts are strictly bipartite between Employer and Saathi.
• ✦ No Guarantee of Results: ROZZGO does not guarantee that posted jobs will receive bids or that workers will secure jobs within any timeframe.

2. Zero Commission & Direct P2P UPI Payments

ROZZGO charges 0% commission on daily task (Zarurat) wages earned by workers. 100% of the agreed payout negotiated directly between Employer and Saathi belongs entirely to the worker.

4. 3-Strike Accountability & Security

To ensure trust and community integrity, ROZZGO enforces strict account standards:

• ✦ Single Device Session: Each account is restricted to a single active login session to prevent credential sharing and fraud.
• ✦ 3-Strike Rule: Verified fraudulent bids, fake documents, unexcused no-shows, or abuse result in strikes. Accumulating 3 strikes results in permanent ban.
• ✦ Aadhaar Verification: Workers undergo client-side masked Aadhaar verification prior to receiving verified badges.

5. Governing Law & Indore Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
