ROZZGO Technologies Private Limited ("ROZZGO", "We", "Us") collects minimal personal information necessary to deliver a trustworthy, safe hyperlocal marketplace:

  Account Information: Full name, mobile phone number, username, city, and encrypted password hash.

  Aadhaar & KYC Security: Aadhaar numbers are client-side masked (only last 4 digits displayed). Full 12-digit numbers are never stored in plaintext. A one-way SHA-256 cryptographic hash is generated for deduplication. Uploaded ID images are encrypted in enterprise cloud storage (Supabase/AWS KMS).

  UPI VPA & Payments: Users voluntarily provide their UPI Virtual Payment Address (e.g. name@bank) to receive direct P2P payments. We never store bank passwords, MPINs, or card details.

  Real-Time Location (GPS): Collected strictly with user consent to match nearby jobs/workers within 5 km and power live arrival tracking during active job sessions.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

We process data exclusively for legitimate operational purposes under the DPDP Act 2023:

• ✓ Authenticating user identity and preventing fake profile scams.
• ✓ Calculating distance and connecting employers with skilled nearby Saathis.
• ✓ Displaying live transit tracking when a worker is on their way to a job site.
• ✓ Sending crucial transactional push notifications (bids, acceptances, messages).
• ✓ Resolving customer support tickets and investigating fraud reports.

3. Zero Sale of Personal Data

We NEVER sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal data. Your information is never provided to third-party ad networks or commercial brokers. Data is processed solely by trusted infrastructure partners (Supabase, Firebase, NPCI UPI rails) strictly for operating the Platform.

4. Your Rights & Account Deletion

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or permanently delete your personal information.
